If you recently recovered from COVID-19, Costa Medical Services can issue you with a COVID RECOVERY CERTIFICATE.
This certificate is accepted by most countries for travel for 3-6 months from the date you tested positive using a PCR test.
Please note in order for us to issue you an official recovery certificate we need proof of your positive PCR test result. A positive antigen test result is not valid.
After booking a date/time when you would like the certificate to be processed, please send us the following to info@costamedicalservices.com
- A photo of your ID card / passport.
- Your PCR COVID Test result, this document must show the provider where you took the PCR test, the result being positive and your personal details.
- The order number given to you on the confirmation emai
Your recovery certificate will be issued within 24hours.
